The Board of Directors of Uniroyal Marine Exports Ltd approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations for FY25 grew strongly to Rs 2,845.22 lakhs from Rs 1,928.52 lakhs in FY24, a rise of about 47%. The company swung to a small profit before tax of Rs 6.74 lakhs in FY25 compared to a loss of Rs 275.22 lakhs in FY24. For Q4 FY25, revenue rose to Rs 621.71 lakhs and the company reported a profit after tax of Rs 107.22 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 149.34 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor BSJ & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The company also confirmed it is not classified as a Large Corporate under SEBI norms.
The sharp revenue growth and turnaround from loss to profit is a positive sign for shareholders.
