Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
UBL approved second-quarter and half-year results. Net sales fell 3%, volume 3.4%, premium volume rose 17%. Standalone profit after tax fell 65% to Rs 46.95 crore; operating profit fell 55% and gross margin fell 104 basis points. Consolidated operating cash flow was Rs 452.88 crore. BSR and Co took over after the predecessor's June review. Prior-year severance pay: Rs 25.76 crore. It flagged the Rs 751.83 crore competition penalty and Bihar risks.
Lower profit and weaker margins may pressure the stock, though premium growth and strong cash flow offer support; legal and asset risks remain.
