United Credit Ltd reported its Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) results with total income of Rs 79.35 lakhs, down from Rs 94.80 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 16%. Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 19.51 lakhs vs Rs 21.83 lakhs YoY. Net profit for the quarter fell sharply to Rs 5.85 lakhs from Rs 27.47 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, total income dropped to Rs 227.88 lakhs from Rs 296.28 lakhs (down ~23%), while nine-month profit fell to Rs 33.95 lakhs from Rs 96.48 lakhs (down ~65%). Interest income from the financing segment remained the main revenue driver at Rs 184.32 lakhs (9M). Statutory auditor L.B. Jha & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis matters.
Sharp fall in both revenue and profit, particularly the steep drop in nine-month PAT, signals weakening business performance and could pressure the stock sentiment. The clean auditor review offers some reassurance, but shareholders should monitor whether the financing segment can reverse the declining trend in coming quarters.
