United Drilling Tools reported Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose about 7 percent YoY to Rs 55.60 cr; net profit jumped 39.7 percent to Rs 5.72 cr from Rs 4.10 cr. For H1 FY26, revenue fell 17.9 percent to Rs 87.27 cr due to a weak Q1, while net profit edged up to Rs 8.64 cr. Consolidated H1 net profit was Rs 8.71 cr. Board also approved a related party transaction with Praveen Industries. Auditor issued a clean limited review.
Mixed results: Q2 PAT growth of 40 percent shows margin strength, but H1 revenue drop of 18 percent and low cash warrant caution. RPT disclosed too.
