United Foodbrands (formerly Barbeque-Nation) reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 376.57 cr, up 14.5% YoY. However, loss after tax widened to Rs 7.66 cr versus a profit of Rs 5.06 cr last year. EBITDA fell to Rs 56.52 cr from Rs 67.04 cr, with margin compressing to about 15% from 20%. Board also appointed Amit Wadhera as Chief Culinary Officer and re-priced ESOPs at Rs 173.89 per option.
Higher revenue is positive but margin pressure and continued losses may weigh on the stock; ESOP re-pricing at a lower rate could dilute existing holders.
