United Van Der Horst Ltd reported its Q2 FY26 results, posting revenue from operations of Rs 864.58 lakhs (up ~8.7% from Rs 795 lakhs a year ago) and net profit of Rs 199.53 lakhs (up ~7% YoY). For the half year ended September 2025, revenue jumped ~30% to Rs 1,773.89 lakhs, while net profit nearly doubled to Rs 403.62 lakhs from Rs 203.49 lakhs in H1 FY25. Total income for H1 stood at Rs 1,806.88 lakhs, with profit before tax of Rs 603.32 lakhs. The statutory auditor (CKSP and Co LLP) issued a clean (unmodified) limited review report with no qualifications. The company, which makes marine engine parts and hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, also paid an interim dividend of Rs 1 per share for FY26 along with a Rs 0.50 final dividend for FY25.
Strong half-yearly performance with both revenue (~30% growth) and PAT (~98% growth) more than doubling compared to last year's same period, alongside a clean auditor review, is a positive signal for shareholders. The ongoing property tax dispute with Panvel Municipal Corporation remains a watch item but was already partly provisioned in FY25.
