The Board of United Van Der Horst Ltd approved unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to ₹826.47 lakhs in Q3 (vs ₹753.51 lakhs in Q3 FY25) and ₹2,600.36 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs ₹2,118.77 lakhs in 9M FY25), a strong ~22.7% YoY growth. Net profit for 9M FY26 rose ~44% to ₹486.07 lakhs from ₹337.35 lakhs, though Q3 standalone profit fell to ₹82.45 lakhs from ₹133.86 lakhs YoY, showing some sequential weakness. The Board also declared a second interim dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share (face value ₹1 post-split) with record date February 13, 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review conclusion. The company recently executed a 5:1 equity share split effective January 22, 2026, and EPS has been restated accordingly.
Positive for shareholders: robust 9M revenue growth and profit growth, plus an interim dividend declaration. However, the sharp sequential drop in Q3 profit may draw investor attention and could limit near-term upside in the stock.
