On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.4 pts more than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone Q2 revenue rose 13.0% to Rs 61.46 crore from Rs 54.42 crore. H1 revenue rose 14.3% to Rs 115.88 crore. Q2 swung to a Rs 0.56 crore net loss from Rs 0.61 crore profit, while H1 swung to a Rs 2.18 crore loss from Rs 1.30 crore profit. Q2 loss per share was Rs 0.45. H1 operating cash flow was positive at Rs 10.00 crore. A 6.5 MWp solar plant costing Rs 24.98 crore was commissioned in August 2026. Comparative figures were restated.
Losses and higher debt may pressure the stock, though positive operating cash flow and the new solar plant provide some support.
