Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 38% to Rs 6,655 crore, EBITDA rose 33% to Rs 733 crore and profit attributable to owners rose 38% to Rs 420 crore. EBITDA margin slipped to 11.0% from 11.5%, while H1 revenue rose 32% to Rs 12,212 crore. Uno Minda plans Rs 1,415 crore of capacity expansions backed by orders, with launches from FY28 to FY29. It also targets 60% renewable energy by 2030, carbon neutrality by 2040 and net zero by 2050.
Strong sales growth and new orders may support earnings, but higher capital spending and a 0.5 percentage point quarterly margin decline are concerns.
