Commissioner of Customs at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava-Sheva, demanding anti-dumping duty of about Rs 48.81 lakh on imported machinery, along with an equal penalty amount (Rs 48.81 lakh) and applicable interest under Section 28AA of the Customs Act, 1962. The company received the order on June 17, 2026 and plans to contest it on merits. Management says no material impact on financial or operational activities is expected.
