UNO Minda posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 3,746.62 cr, up 19.5% YoY, but net profit dipped to Rs 156.20 cr from Rs 157.26 cr, hit by Rs 35.18 cr exceptional items. 9M revenue grew 18.6% to Rs 10,768.68 cr with PAT up 24.5% to Rs 768.60 cr. Board declared Rs 0.90 per share interim dividend (45%), record date Feb 11. Also approved Rs 764 cr capex for a new 1.8 million alloy wheels plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Dividend and new plant capex signal growth confidence, but Q3 PAT dip and exceptional items may weigh on near-term sentiment.
