Board approved Q3 FY26 results, declared Rs 0.90 interim dividend (45 percent, record date Feb 11, 2026), and cleared a new alloy wheel plant at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar with Rs 764 cr capex and 1.80 million wheels annual capacity. Standalone Q3 revenue rose 19.5 percent YoY to Rs 3,746.62 cr but PAT was flat at Rs 156.20 cr due to Rs 35.18 cr exceptional items. Consolidated revenue grew 19.9 percent YoY to Rs 5,018.06 cr with PAT up 18 percent at Rs 300.48 cr.
Growth signals from new plant and dividend offset by Rs 35 cr exceptional charge dragging Q3 standalone profit.
