Update of NCLT Hearing on 10.07.2025

JTL Defence Ltd has informed exchanges about the status of NCLT proceedings related to RCI Industries & Technologies Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The matter was listed for hearing on 10 July 2025 before NCLT New Delhi Bench-III, but could not be taken up because the Technical Member, Mr. Sanjeev Ranjan, was on leave from 1 July to 21 July 2025. The next hearing is now scheduled for 13 August 2025. The update has been filed by the appointed Resolution Professional, Brijesh Singh Bhadauria.
