UPL approved unaudited consolidated results for the September 2025 quarter and first half. Revenue rose 8.4% year on year to Rs 12,019 crore; profit swung to Rs 612 crore from a Rs 585 crore loss. First-half revenue rose 5.3% to Rs 21,235 crore and profit was Rs 436 crore versus a Rs 1,112 crore loss. A Rs 142 crore net exceptional gain helped, but operating cash outflow was Rs 3,858 crore. The auditor's review found no material error.
Profit recovery may support the stock, but one-off gains and Rs 3,858 crore of operating cash outflow temper the outlook.
