UPL Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 10.5 percent to Rs 10,181 cr from Rs 9,216 cr a year ago. Net loss narrowed to Rs 73 cr from Rs 176 cr loss in Q1 FY26. EPS stood at Rs 0.12. Other income of Rs 217 cr includes a one-time Rs 55 cr insurance award. Standalone revenue fell 16 percent to Rs 1,397 cr with Rs 89 cr profit. Auditor gave an unmodified review opinion. Composite Scheme restructuring is pending NCLT approval, and POEM tax disputes on overseas units continue.
Mixed quarter — top line improving but company still in consolidated loss; restructuring and tax disputes remain key overhangs for shareholders.
