Uravi Defence posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,032.89 lakh, up about 24pct YoY from Rs 836 lakh. Standalone net profit dipped to Rs 28.62 lakh from Rs 37.06 lakh. Consolidated PAT from continuing ops rose to Rs 70.49 lakh from Rs 32.30 lakh. Auditors issued a qualified conclusion on consolidated results as they could not verify Rs 85.30 lakh share of profit from Spafax associates, whose numbers remain not audited. This is the second consecutive qualification. Standalone results are clean. Board also noted a Rs 1.06 lakh BSE/NSE compliance fine and appointed Viren Gandhi and Co as statutory auditors for a five year term.
Revenue growth is positive but standalone profit dipped. Repeated auditor qualification on Spafax associates remains a concern for investors.
