Urban Company reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹537.29 crore, up 41% YoY from ₹380.03 crore. H1 FY26 revenue rose to ₹1,065.63 crore from ₹747.30 crore. However, net loss widened to ₹182.48 crore in Q2 (₹274.60 crore for H1) versus ₹59.33 crore loss in Q2 FY25. Board approved raising up to ₹2,500 crore via equity and convertibles through QIP or preferential allotment, subject to shareholder approval. Also approved in-principle entry into residential AC business under Native segment.
Strong revenue growth but losses deepening; ₹2,500 cr fundraise may cause dilution; new AC line adds diversification optionality.
