Consolidated revenue rose 44% YoY to 528.34 cr from 367.27 cr, but the company swung to a net loss of 92.12 cr versus a profit of 6.94 cr last year. Expenses jumped 67% to 639.88 cr, led by higher employee costs (151.15 cr vs 99.22 cr) and share-based payments (38.49 cr). The InstaHelp segment alone lost 131.58 cr. A 5.27 cr exceptional item stems from liquidation of Saudi subsidiary. Standalone revenue grew 40% to 375.54 cr with a loss of 84.28 cr. Auditor B S R & Co gave an unmodified limited review.
Strong topline growth overshadowed by sharp cost rise, especially in InstaHelp. Continued losses may pressure sentiment despite revenue momentum.
