On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Other Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated revenue for the September 2025 quarter fell 20.5% year on year to Rs 15.50 crore, while profit after tax rose 31.7% to Rs 41.50 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 16.42 crore. The auditor could not determine adjustments due to missing records, including Rs 46.35 crore of mine-project work. Receivables were Rs 67.82 crore and payables Rs 41.20 crore, mostly over 180 days old. GST and tax demands also remain.
Profit improved, but lower sales, negative cash flow, missing records and tax demands could hurt asset values and the share price.
