USG Tech Solutions reported its Q2 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025) results with zero revenue from operations on both standalone and consolidated basis. Total income was a meagre ₹0.07 lakh (standalone) vs ₹0.07 lakh in Q2 PY, almost entirely from 'other income'. The standalone loss narrowed to ₹(3.14) lakh from ₹(14.78) lakh, while consolidated loss stood at ₹(7.90) lakh vs ₹(14.92) lakh. For H1 FY26, consolidated loss was ₹(21.18) lakh with negative operating cash flow of ₹(13.80) lakh. Consolidated borrowings jumped sharply from ₹530 lakh (Mar-25) to ₹1,742 lakh (Sept-25), and standalone other equity remains negative at ₹(207.57) lakh. Separately, CFO Aadarsh Aggarwal resigned, and the registered office is being shifted within Hyderabad.
Persistent zero operational revenue, continuing losses, negative operating cash flow and sharply rising borrowings signal serious financial weakness. The CFO exit adds a governance overhang; shareholders should expect continued pressure on the stock and very weak fundamentals.
