NSE fined the company for delayed filing of audited half-year and full-year financial results ended 31 March 2026 under SEBI LODR Regulation 33(3)(j). The Board said the delay was inadvertent, as the results period preceded the company's NSE listing on 17 June 2026, and the requirement was missed by the first-time listed entity.
