UTL Industries posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) revenue of Rs 1.45 lakhs, down sharply from Rs 16.45 lakhs a year ago. The company swung to a loss after tax of Rs 6.43 lakhs against a profit of Rs 7.97 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Loss per share was Rs 0.02. The SMS segment earned Rs 1.45 lakhs while the construction segment had no revenue. Non-executive director Pravin Naik also resigned. Auditor V.J. Amin and Co gave a clean limited review report.
Sharp revenue fall and return to losses signal operational weakness; small-cap with thin trading, expect negative sentiment.
