V-Guard Industries reported audited standalone revenue from operations of Rs 5,691.78 crore for FY26, up 7.2% from Rs 5,308.87 crore in FY25. Standalone PAT declined marginally to Rs 259.37 crore vs Rs 260.22 crore in the prior year. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 5,965.78 crore from Rs 5,577.82 crore, while consolidated PAT fell to Rs 308.33 crore from Rs 313.72 crore. The company recorded an exceptional charge of Rs 20.91 crore (standalone) and Rs 22.11 crore (consolidated) due to implementation of new labour codes. Auditors gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for August 11, 2026.
Revenue grew about 7% but PAT declined slightly, indicating margin compression due to higher raw material and employee costs besides the one-time labour code charge. The clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positives for shareholders.
