Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
V-Guard reported unaudited consolidated Q2 revenue of Rs 1,340.92 crore, up 3.6% year on year, and profit of Rs 65.29 crore versus Rs 63.39 crore. First-half revenue rose 1.3% to Rs 2,807 crore, but profit fell 14.3% to Rs 139.14 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 183.34 crore, while the earnings margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation narrowed to 8.7% from 10.0%. Board allotted 345,853 option shares to 25 employees.
Lower first-half profit and a narrower earnings margin may weigh on sentiment despite positive cash flow; employee option dilution is minor.
