Board approved September 2026 quarter and first-half unaudited results. Consolidated revenue rose 38.2% and profit after tax rose 71.0%. First-half revenue rose 30.5% to Rs 3,663.54 crore and profit after tax rose 73.9% to Rs 241.92 crore. Operating cash flow was Rs 458.35 crore. FY2026 included a Rs 22.11 crore labour-code exceptional charge. It also allotted 163,183 employee option shares to 36 staff and appointed an independent director.
Strong revenue, profit growth and operating cash flow may support sentiment. The review was unmodified, but FY2026 had a one-off labour-code charge.
