V R Films & Studios Ltd submitted its Q3 FY26 standalone unaudited results, approved by the Board on 20 January 2026. Q3 revenue from operations rose to ₹359.28 lakhs from ₹247.84 lakhs in Q2 FY26 (about 45% sequential growth) and was marginally higher than ₹348.64 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹21.56 lakhs (EPS ₹0.20), swinging from a loss of ₹56.02 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined around 11% YoY to ₹874.89 lakhs, but PAT turned sharply positive at ₹86.96 lakhs versus a loss of ₹99.80 lakhs in the year-ago period. The auditor (B L Dasharda & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company also incorporated a 60% subsidiary, Krishmaicon AI Tech Pvt Ltd, in September 2025, which has not yet commenced operations.
Sharp swing from loss to profit on a YoY and 9M basis is a positive signal, but the 9M revenue is still contracting and FY25 reserves sit in the red, so investors should monitor whether the Q3 improvement carries into Q4 and FY26.
