Vadilal Industries Ltd reported FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 1,503.12 crore, up 21.2% from Rs 1,240.26 crore in FY2025. Standalone revenue grew 9.5% to Rs 1,109.54 crore. However, standalone net profit declined 13.9% to Rs 98.01 crore (vs Rs 113.88 crore), while consolidated net profit grew 3.2% to Rs 155.11 crore.
