Vadilal Industries posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 246.85 crore (up 6% YoY). Standalone PAT dropped about 45% to Rs 13.25 crore, while consolidated PAT fell about 14% to Rs 33.42 crore. H1 FY26 consolidated revenue grew 11.5% to Rs 847.21 crore. Operating margins shrank sharply due to higher raw material costs. Board approved merger of 3 promoter group firms.
Sharp profit decline and margin compression may weigh on stock. Mid-year statutory auditor change from Arpit Patel to Walker Chandiok noted.
