Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 7% year on year to Rs938.37 crore, but profit after tax fell 12% to Rs41.71 crore. For the first half, revenue rose 10% to Rs1,855.44 crore and profit after tax rose 15% to Rs98.09 crore. Half-year operating cash flow fell to Rs23.57 crore from Rs68.05 crore. The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs1.50 per share, with 4 November as the record date, and granted 8,018 restricted stock units for employees.
Growth and dividends help shareholders, but lower profit, margin compression and weaker cash flow could weigh on sentiment; grants add dilution.
