The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share for FY2026-27. The record date is 4 November 2026 and payment is due within 30 days. Along with the earlier Rs 1.50 dividend, dividends declared in the period total Rs 3.00 per share. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 7.0% year on year to Rs 938.37 crore, but profit fell 12.3% to Rs 41.71 crore. H1 profit rose 15.2% to Rs 98.09 crore. The board also granted 8,018 employee share units at Rs 2 each.
The dividend supports shareholder income, but lower Q2 profit despite revenue growth may temper positive market reaction.
