Valecha Engineering reconstitutes three board committees

At an adjourned board meeting on 17 February 2026, Valecha Engineering re-constituted three key committees: the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. All three are now composed of the same three Non-Executive and Independent Directors: Ashish Mittal as Chairman, with Ashlesha Raythattha and Aniruddh Shrikhande as members.
