Valiant Communications reported strong Q3 FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations at ₹2,214.22 lacs, up 165% YoY from ₹835.69 lacs in Q3 FY25. Consolidated profit before tax jumped to ₹819.03 lacs (vs a loss of ₹60.20 lacs YoY), and profit after tax was ₹604.83 lacs vs a loss of ₹53.26 lacs. For 9M FY26, consolidated revenue rose 75% to ₹6,062.89 lacs and PAT nearly tripled to ₹1,603.99 lacs. Standalone results mirrored the strong show: Q3 revenue grew 171% YoY to ₹2,193.89 lacs with PAT of ₹554.29 lacs. Geographically, India remained the dominant market (~89% of Q3 revenue). The Board also appointed Mr. Garv Mohan Sood as an Additional Whole-time Executive Director and Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 03-02-2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, during the quarter the company received ₹1,152 lacs (25% upfront) towards 6,00,000 warrants issued at ₹768 each on a preferential basis to non-promoters, and 38,14,030 bonus shares (1:2 ratio) were allotted earlier. The statutory auditor's limited review report was unqualified.
Sharp turnaround in profitability and robust top-line growth signal strong operational momentum, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The promoter-group director appointment and ongoing warrant conversion to non-promoters may have mild dilution impact but bring additional capital (~₹4,608 lacs potential inflow).
