However, the consolidated picture is weaker — total group income was Rs 23,978.79 lakhs with a net loss of Rs 326.79 lakhs, indicating that subsidiary Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited dragged down group performance. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 1,043.24 lakhs on a consolidated basis. The auditor (Raman S. Shah & Co.) issued an un-modified opinion, and there was no change in auditor during the year.
