On the reaction day the stock moved 3.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP, a promoter of Valor Estate (formerly DB Realty), released a pledge on 3,18,04,338 equity shares (5.86 percent of share capital). The shares were pledged to IDBI Trusteeship Services as security for an HDFC loan to wholly-owned subsidiary MIG (Bandra) Realtors. The pledge was released because the subsidiary fully repaid the facility. After release, the promoter group holds 12.62 Cr shares (23.25 percent), with 3 Cr shares (5.53 percent) still encumbered.
Reduced promoter share encumbrance signals subsidiary debt repayment, lowering pledge risk for investors.
