Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sanjana Vinod Goenka (Promoter Group) has released 2,17,00,000 pledged equity shares (about 4% of share capital). These shares were pledged with IDBI Trusteeship Services on behalf of HDFC Limited as security for a loan given to MIG (Bandra) Realtors & Builders, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Estate. The subsidiary has fully repaid the facility, so 1,31,50,000 shares were released on 18 August 2026 and 85,50,000 on 19 August 2026. Encumbered promoter holding fell from 4.00% to 3.69%.
Positive signal - debt fully repaid by subsidiary and pledged promoter shares released, lowering risk of forced sale and easing promoter balance sheet.
