Vamshi Rubber Limited submitted its unaudited Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) results, approved by the Board on 12 February 2026. Net sales came in at ₹1,885.87 lakhs, down about 7.8% year-on-year (₹2,046.44 lakhs in Q3 FY25) and roughly 18.6% lower sequentially versus Q2 FY26 (₹2,315.88 lakhs). Net profit stood at ₹11.68 lakhs versus ₹9.12 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a YoY rise of about 28%, while 9M FY26 net profit jumped to ₹73.62 lakhs from ₹44.53 lakhs in 9M FY25 (around 65% growth). EPS for the quarter was ₹0.38 versus ₹0.22 in the year-ago quarter, and ₹2.05 for the nine months versus ₹1.06 previously. The statutory auditors (Samudrala K & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs. The company continues to operate in a single segment — manufacture and sale of tyre retreading materials.
Mixed signals for shareholders: profitability is improving on a YoY basis with stronger 9M PAT and EPS, but the sharp sequential drop in both revenue and profit in Q3 FY26 compared to Q2 FY26 may concern investors looking at near-term momentum. Overall, modest absolute scale and very thin margins remain key risks despite the YoY earnings improvement.
