Vantage Knowledge Academy reported a sharp fall in quarterly revenue to Rs 44.81 lakhs in Q2 FY26, down from Rs 93.41 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 116.98 lakhs in the same quarter last year — a drop of about 62% year-on-year. Total income for the half-year stood at Rs 140.96 lakhs versus Rs 180.54 lakhs in H1 FY25. Net profit for Q2 was Rs 19.17 lakhs (down from Rs 42.45 lakhs in Q1), taking half-year profit to Rs 61.63 lakhs compared to Rs 127.17 lakhs a year ago. Half-year EPS came in at Rs 0.02 versus Rs 0.12 earlier. Despite weak earnings, the company had no borrowings, and operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 160.84 lakhs for the half-year.
