Vardhman Concrete Q1 FY27 loss widens to Rs 4.71 lakh, zero operating revenue

Board approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone results. Total revenue was Rs 1.09 lakh (entirely other income), with zero revenue from operations. Net loss widened to Rs 4.71 lakh from Rs 2.33 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Loss per share was Rs 0.07. FY26 full year loss was Rs 11.86 lakh. Auditor G.P. Sharma & Co. LLP gave an unmodified review report.
