Vardhman Textiles filed its FY26 Annual Report with BSE and the 53rd AGM notice for September 17, 2026 via video conferencing. Revenue rose to 9,652 crore from 9,587 crore in FY25. Net profit declined to 740 crore from 879 crore, and EBITDA margin compressed to 15.48 percent from 16.95 percent. The company announced a 3,660 crore capex programme spanning spinning, fabrics, technical textiles, garments and green energy. Networth grew to 10,188 crore with debt to equity around 0.2 times. CRISIL reaffirmed AA+/Stable rating.
Mixed results. Profits and margins declined year on year, but the company is investing heavily for future growth and the balance sheet stays strong with low leverage.
