The company capitalized new manufacturing capacity worth Rs. 570 crore (technical textile unit in Baddi and processing line in Budhni) during Q4 FY26. The Board recommended dividend of Rs. 5 per share. Total borrowings increased significantly to Rs. 1,854.95 crore from Rs. 1,237.90 crore in FY25. The PAT decline and increased debt levels may concern investors, though clean audit opinion and dividend declaration provide some comfort. The company is in heavy investment phase with new capacity coming online, which may boost future revenues.
