Variman Global Enterprises filed its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and notified that its 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on September 16, 2025 via video conferencing. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew roughly 20% year-on-year to Rs. 5,994.39 lakhs (from Rs. 4,992.19 lakhs), but net profit slipped about 27% to Rs. 36.39 lakhs (from Rs. 49.64 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue eased to Rs. 11,505.95 lakhs (from Rs. 11,816.81 lakhs) and net profit nearly halved to Rs. 70.58 lakhs (from Rs. 136.99 lakhs). The Board has not recommended any dividend for FY25, and the company's authorized capital was raised from Rs. 27 crore to Rs. 50 crore via an EGM held on July 5, 2025. Two whole-time directors (Raja Pantham and Praveen Dyta) retire by rotation and seek re-appointment, while Manoj Parakh & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
Mixed picture for shareholders—standalone topline growth of about 20% is encouraging, but profits are down sharply on both standalone (~27%) and consolidated (~48%) bases, pointing to margin pressure. With no dividend declared, shareholders get no cash return this year, though the higher authorized capital signals room for future fundraising or expansion.
