Varroc Engineering reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 23,635 million, up 28.3 percent YoY from Rs 18,429 million. Standalone PAT rose 14 percent to Rs 989 million (EPS Rs 6.47). Consolidated revenue grew nearly 30 percent to Rs 26,342 million but PAT fell 27.7 percent to Rs 777 million due to higher costs. Auditors issued a qualified opinion due to pending TYC arbitration (Rs 210 million disputed income) and flagged OPmobility arbitration (US$ 66 million claim) and GST order matters.
Strong top-line growth but consolidated profits declined. Auditor qualification on TYC dispute and pending litigations may concern investors.
