Board approved Q3 FY26 results on Feb 5, 2026. Standalone revenue rose 12.8 percent YoY to Rs 21,151.59 mn, but PAT fell 29.5 percent to Rs 320.89 mn after Rs 871.37 mn exceptional items (VSS staff separation cost and Labour Code impact). Consolidated revenue up 10.2 percent to Rs 22,875.20 mn with a loss of Rs 113.03 mn. Auditor issued a qualified conclusion over Rs 209.89 mn disputed income from TYC arbitration, and flagged emphasis of matter on OPmobility arbitration and GST orders. Board also approved call option exercise on NCDs.
Qualified audit report, exceptional charges and arbitration overhang may weigh on stock sentiment despite revenue growth.
