Varroc Engineering has fully redeemed its outstanding 8.6% Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) by exercising the call option on March 6, 2026. The NCDs had an original issue size of Rs. 250 crores, of which Rs. 171.88 crores remained outstanding and has now been repaid in full along with interest of Rs. 3.64 crores.
