Varroc Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew 12.8 percent to INR 21,152 million, but PAT dropped 29.5 percent to INR 321 million after INR 871 million in exceptional costs. Consolidated revenue rose 10 percent to INR 22,875 million. Auditor gave a qualified opinion on TYC arbitration and flagged OPmobility plus GST disputes. Board approved early redemption of NCDs worth about INR 1,719 million.
Qualified audit on TYC and one-off VSS plus Labour Codes costs hit Q3 PAT, though 9-month PAT tripled. Early NCD call trims future interest.
