On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vascon reported H1 FY27 revenue of Rs 403 Cr, profit after tax of Rs 15 Cr and an 8% EBITDA margin versus 11% a year ago. Two government projects caused cash flow constraints in Q1, but execution recovered in Q2. EPC order book was Rs 3,400 Cr, including Rs 3,215 Cr external, with Rs 1,250 Cr of FY27 orders secured. Management targets Rs 1,500-2,000 Cr of new FY27 EPC orders and Rs 750-1,000 Cr of new real estate GDV in FY28-FY29.
A strong order book supports future revenue, but net debt of Rs 156 Cr and lower H1 margins may limit near-term gains.
