Vaxfab Enterprises, which trades in textiles, reported audited full-year FY25 results with a dramatic jump in revenue from Rs 9.14 crore to Rs 58.67 crore, a rise of over 540% year-on-year. The company swung from a prior-year loss of Rs 3.57 crore to a profit after tax of Rs 58.42 lakh in FY25, with basic EPS improving from a loss of Rs 4.25 to an earnings of Rs 0.70 per share. For Q4 alone, revenue rose to Rs 3.19 crore (from Rs 1.19 crore) and PAT came in at Rs 1.79 crore. The balance sheet shows a sharp scale-up: inventories climbed to Rs 66.27 crore, trade payables to Rs 87.67 crore, and non-current borrowings jumped to Rs 7.74 crore, indicating aggressive working capital expansion. Statutory auditor SSRV & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The 540% revenue surge and return to profitability are clearly positive for shareholders, but the steep rise in inventories, trade payables and borrowings points to a heavy working capital cycle that could pressure cash flows. Investors should watch how the company manages receivables collection and debt servicing in coming quarters.
