Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Vedanta reported Q2 continuing revenue of Rs 26,356 crore, up 57%, and owner profit of Rs 3,650 crore, more than double. H1 owner profit rose 83% to Rs 9,123 crore, while the continuing EBITDA margin improved to about 37.7% from 28.8%. The auditor did not qualify its review but highlighted regulatory probes and short-seller allegations. A Rs 2,067 crore exceptional loss was recorded in discontinued operations.
Revenue and profit growth supports sentiment, but the exceptional loss, regulatory probes and demerger comparison limits could weigh on the stock.
