Vedanta Limited has informed the exchanges that a Board meeting is scheduled on June 18, 2025 to consider and approve the First Interim Dividend on equity shares for Financial Year 2025-26. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement for this dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed from June 14, 2025 till June 20, 2025. The actual dividend amount is yet to be decided by the Board.
