Vedanta Resources Finance II PLC, a promoter group entity, raised USD 1.75 billion via bonds on 25 June 2026 (USD 500M at 7.000% due 2032, USD 700M at 7.375% due 2034, USD 550M at 7.750% due 2037). Bond terms classify certain conditions as encumbrance over 2,139,651,763 promoter shares of Vedanta (54.72% of total capital, 99.99% of promoter holding), with GLAS Agency Hong Kong as trustee. No fresh pledge created yet. Bond proceeds will repay existing bonds and service debt. Separately, Twin Star sold 6.51 crore shares on 23 June 2026, cutting its stake from 40.02% to 38.35%.
